At the time, I saw it as a bit of fun, as I didn't actually believe I was all of those things.  Eight years later, and I now believe that we all have a Goddess lurking inside of us (and yes, that includes men, if they want to tap into that too!).

One of the keys to accepting that you are a great person of beauty and grace, superior charms and excellence is in learning to love yourself.  Okay, so I know it sounds like a cliché, however, it's a vital step in moving towards a more fulfilling life, finding your inner happiness and in making positive and lasting change.  And it doesn't matter which area of your life attention right now, the simple act of choosing change, and getting support is a step in the right direction.
